OGDEN, Utah (ABC4) — A 16-year-old has been charged as an adult in connection with the murder of a 15-year-old girl in Ogden, documents say.

Hezekiah Plummer, 16, has been charged with murder, obstruction of justice, theft of a firearm, possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, and possession of a dangerous weapon by a minor.
