HERMANTOWN, Minn. (Northern News Now) - Prior to Hermantown’s City Council meeting on Monday, there was community frustration over a lack of information about the data center.

NDAs, otherwise known as non-disclosure agreements, come from many different contexts but always require a party to not disclose certain information.

President and CEO of Duluth Area Chamber of Commerce Matt Baumgartner said “non-disclosure agreements are used frequently and widely in economic development both in the private sector with business and in the public sector.”
