That can come in the form of hurdling a defender in the win at then-No. 13 Northern Arizona on Oct. 4. Davis leaped over NAU’s Quentin Moten, landed and was tackled in the end zone on a 13-yard touchdown run. The play was No. 2 on SportsCenter’s Top 10 that night.

Davis has been hurdling opponents since his high school days in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, and brought some of that flair to the Bobcats in 2023 against Stetson and Sacramento State.
