The wheels are in motion.

The clock ticks, the calendar turns and Premier Danielle Smith’s inner circle chinwags behind closed doors Tuesday over ordering teachers back to work.

The Smith government says such a move is a last resort but they are running out of resorts.

They actually come back Oct. 23 but that’s another story.

Everybody is focused on Oct. 27. This is when the Smith government will bring in a law to send the teachers back to the classroom.
