Nongpoh: In a shocking incident, a two-wheeler (Scooty) was completely burnt by unidentified miscreants at Saiden village near Nongpoh on the evening of October 20.

Informing about the incident, the owner of the Scooty, Fleming Khymdeit, stated that his vehicle, bearing registration number ML 10 C 1229, was set ablaze by unknown persons in a forested area in Saiden. The Scooty was being used by his relative, Bah Silvester Syiemlieh.

Reports state that the incident occurred around 4 p.m. when Silvester had taken the Scooty to a nearby forested area and parked it there. However, upon returning shortly afterward, he found the vehicle engulfed in flames and completely destroyed.
