Lordstown residents gathered for a second reading on the topic of whether or not to allow the establishment and operation of data centers in the Village.

It was originally placed on the agenda as an emergency ban but has since been put on hold for council to obtain more information.

Monday night, the issue had it's second reading and much like the first one, concerns raised were more of the same.

"The light, the noise, the electricity, the water, the tax abatements, what is that gonna leave here? That's my biggest concern is please just look it up. Don't look at the future, look up the reality of these," Patricia Conrad, Lordstown resident said.
