CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- The University of Virginia had nothing new to say about the Compact for Academic Excellence in Higher Education on Monday, the deadline to announce a final decision.

UVA said that interim President Paul Mahoney would not be answering questions and referred to the statement that it put out on Friday.
