In a recent administrative reshuffle, two IAS officers from the Tripura cadre have been transferred to other state cadres on inter-cadre grounds of marriage, as per official notifications issued by the General Administration (Personnel & Training) Department, Government of Tripura.

According to the notifications, Shri Dwij Goel, IAS (TR:2023), who was serving as Officer-on-Special Duty in the Office of the District Magistrate & Collector, West Tripura District, Agartala, has been transferred from the Tripura cadre to the Himachal Pradesh cadre. His transfer has been made on the grounds of marriage to Ms. Anjali Garg, IAS (HP:2023).
