Sean Dyche has been appointed as Nottingham Forest's new head coach.

The 54-year-old - who started out as a trainee at the City Ground in the late 1980s - has signed a contract running until the summer of 2027 at the City Ground.

He replaces Ange Postecoglou, who was sacked on Saturday, less than 20 minutes after the full-time whistle in a 3-0 defeat to Chelsea .
