U.S. Senate candidate Daniel Cameron is leading in the polls against his top Republican primary opponents, U.S. Rep. Andy Barr and Lexington businessman Nate Morris.
But Cameron's fundraising significantly trails those two primary opponents, drawing some questions about whether he can win the race.
