United Airlines has experienced a couple of setbacks in recent days. Flight UA1093 to Los Angeles from Denver was diverted over what appeared to be space debris, cracking the aircraft's windshield. Upon further investigation, it was not space debris, debunking the theory. It proved to be a weather balloon instead.
United also saw flight UA1357 declare a tech emergency last week, resulting in a return to Washington while en route to Raleigh-Durham Airport.
