Tuesday is going to be wet, windy and cold across Minnesota.

Highs in the Twin Cities will top out in the upper 40s, and the area will see drizzle or light rain for most of the morning and into the afternoon. WCCO

Things dry up on Wednesday, and we'll see the sun again. Temperatures will still be below average, reaching the lower 50s.

By the weekend, we'll warm into the 60s.
