ECONOMY, Pa. —

Firefighters continue put out hot spots at a home in Economy, Beaver County early Tuesday morning.

Dispatchers confirm to Pittsburgh's Action News 4 that police, fire and emergency medical services were called to the home on 1st Street and Freedom Road around 4:38 a.m. Advertisement

Economy Volunteer Fire Department Captain, Matthew Books said there were several factors that made this particular fire tough to put out.

"The placement of the house. The fact that there's power lines everywhere. We couldn't get up through here until we. Till we got, some stuff moved around, got things situated, you know, apparatus coming in and all that. It all plays a crucial role in to where we're going to play stuff," Books said.
