Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor celebrated a cozy, intimate Diwali with family members and close friends on Monday. The actor shared glimpses of the celebrations on Instagram, each photo radiating the warmth of family and festive bonding .

In one of the pictures, Alia captured a sweet moment of her daughter Raha painting diyas at home. Another showed her and Ranbir posing with her sister Shaheen Bhatt, filmmaker Ayan Mukerji, and a few close friends.

Alia captioned her post, "Happy Diwali to you and yours (sic)." She looked elegant in a minimal yet festive look -- a pink chikankari sheer kurta paired with green silk dhoti pants. She styled her hair in a half-updo adorned with flowers, skipped earrings, and completed the look with a statement neckpiece.
