Science enthusiasts of all ages made their way to Medicine Hat College on Saturday to take part in the Science Olympics, putting prospective new teachers to the test.

The event, a partnership between the Mount Royal-Medicine Hat College Elementary Education program and Praxis Science Outreach, is an incredible opportunity for the students to acquire some hands-on experience prior to their practicums, said education instructor Jason McLester.
