Two pedestrians crossing the street were hit and killed by an Indiana County Transit Authority bus Monday afternoon in Indiana Borough, according to Post-Gazette news partner KDKA-TV.

Borough police said in a Facebook post that this was the second deadly crash along that same corridor in the past seven months that involved pedestrians.

In Monday’s incident, the two pedestrians were reported killed around 2 p.m. at the intersection of Philadelphia and Seventh streets when they were struck by an IndiGO bus heading west.

The victims’ identities were not immediately released, according to KDKA.
