NEW DELHI: The Congress on Tuesday shared a video showing a man, allegedly UP BJP leader Vikul Chaprana, abusing another man and forcing him to kneel and apologise. Calling it the “true face” of the BJP, which governs Uttar Pradesh, the Congress demanded the immediate arrest of the individual involved.
