The report, a first of its kind in recent years, provides critical insights into the underlying causes of rising criminal activity and offers data-driven recommendations to strengthen policing strategies.

According to the study, a significant number of offenders come from broken or unstable family backgrounds, indicating that the state’s crime problem extends beyond policing and into the social fabric itself.
