ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. (First Alert 4) - The father accused of instructing his 6-year-old daughter to hit a student on a St. Louis County school bus is in police custody.

The attack happened on Oct. 9 on a Ferguson-Florissant School District bus near Frost Avenue. Court documents state that Maurice Fox pushed his way onto the bus with his 6-year-old daughter and then told her to punch a 7-year-old girl in the head repeatedly.

When Fox’s daughter stopped the attack, police said he told her “again,” and she went back to punching the girl in the head.

After she went back to punching her, the victim was able to stop the attack, to which Fox told his daughter, “I want her crying, again,” according to court documents.
