Before Jenni and Austin Foster tied the knot on Sept. 17, the duo hiked, paddled, biked and rafted all over the Nantahala River and the Nantahala National Forest in North Carolina while wearing formal wedding attire in a "bold" journey that tested and strengthened their bond as a couple.
