A blend of Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese, and other Asian flavors comes together at Bamboo House, a quick-service Asian fusion restaurant known for its generous portions, fresh ingredients, and a casual, friendly atmosphere. When it opened in West Des Moines in November 2024, the counter-service restaurant brought dine-in, takeout, delivery, and catering options to the neighborhood.

Now the restaurant has a second location on Merle Hay Road, across from Merle Hay Mall in Des Moines.
