PEORIA, Ill. – A Bellevue man accused of receiving and distributing child pornography has been released from pre-trial custody.
25 News reports that 26-year-old Rose Magnus will have to comply with several conditions as part of his release. Magnus was arrested last week after a four-month investigation that led to a search of his home.
Magnus allegedly admitted to receiving and distributing images and videos of child pornography on several social media accounts.
Conditions of Magnus’ release include a 7:00 P.M. curfew, no unsupervised contact with minors, and only using social media for classes he is taking at a community college.
Magnus is facing up to 30 years in prison. He is due back in court on November 20th.
