ATLANTA, Ga. - After police raced to arrest a man who allegedly planned a mass shooting at the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport on Monday, more is coming to light about the suspect.

Who is the suspect?

Police identified the suspect as 49-year-old Billy Joe Cagle from Cartersville. He faces charges of terroristic threats, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, criminal attempt to commit aggravated assault and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Cagle is scheduled to have his first appearance before a judge on Wednesday at 11 a.m.
