Police have arrested the man charged with fatally shooting a teenager in Harrisburg on Monday night .

Javar Dejuan Geter, 32, of Harrisburg, was charged with murder, reckless endangerment and carrying a firearm without a license. Police said they identified him as the shooter from a homicide at North 18th and Park Streets.

Police responded around 6 p.m. to the area where they found a man with gunshot wounds who died from his injuries.

Update: That shooting victim has been identified as 18-year-old Rakeeb Watson of Cumberland County .

Just one hour later, a man was shot in the 2400 block of Market Street, just one mile away. He was dropped off at the emergency room about 7 p.m. and police began investigating the case. He was listed in critical condition. Police have not provided up
