Roosevelt City residents will have the opportunity to vote for two open City Council positions as they receive their ballots in the mail. Candidate Randy Cloward has lived in Roosevelt for 16 years and works as a foreman in the oil and gas industry. “I have always been interested in serving my community,” shares Cloward, who has previously served on the City Council. “It’s important to me to be able to serve my community, especially the youth, by donating my time and experience to better their future.” When asked about his vision for Roosevelt City during the Meet The Candidate event held at the Crossroads Center, Randy said, “Right now is an important time for Roosevelt City because of growth.
