An Arizona man has learned where he will be spending the coming years of his life for murdering his girlfriend and her dog and then calling his ex to gloat about it.
Taton Dorfman, 30, has been sentenced to 16 years in prison, according to local news outlets including NBC affiliate KVOA . He was found guilty last month of second-degree murder for the killing of 30-year-old Hannah Rogers, as Law&Crime previously reported .
