LUMBERTON — High school students from the Public Schools of Robeson County’s Career and Technical Education Program recently participated in an enriching job shadowing experience at UNC Health Southeastern, exploring real-world applications of their studies in Health Science and Culinary Arts.
Each semester, UNC Health Southeastern graciously opens its doors to PSRC students, offering them firsthand exposure to diverse career paths within the healthcare and hospitality fields.
This semester’s visits on Oct. 14-15 were no exception, providing an engaging opportunity for students to observe professionals in action and learn about the education and skills required to pursue similar careers. A total of 41 students participated in the job shadowing experience.
