Seattle’s Uptown neighborhood is preparing for a major residential expansion as Alexandria Real Estate and Washington Holdings move forward with plans for a multifamily development at 410 W Harrison St. The project, designed by Runberg Architecture Group, would deliver between 200 and 250 residential units depending on whether the developers secure approval to vacate a public alleyway bisecting the two-parcel site.
