RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- A woman is fighting for her life after police said she was shot in Richmond's Southside Tuesday morning.
At 10:17 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 21, officers with the Richmond Police Department responded to the 5300 block of Germain Road for the report of a person shot.
When officers arrived, they found a woman with an apparent gunshot wound. Police said she was taken to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.
