Georgia football suffered a big loss on Saturday despite beating Ole Miss 43-35 and improving to 6-1 overall.

In the game on Saturday, Oct. 18, senior wide receiver Colbie Young fractured his lower leg on a 36-yard reception from redshirt junior quarterback Gunner Stockton to get the Bulldogs a first down with 13:37 to go in the first quarter.

After the play, he'd been able to jog, albeit slightly limping, off the field and into the locker room, where he was put in a cast.

After the game, Kirby Smart said the injury was significant but did not know whether it was to the tibia or fibula.
