Diddy could be a free man this week, as it's been reported that President Donald Trump may commute his sentence . The disgraced mogul was sentenced to 50 months in prison earlier this month for transporting sex workers across state lines, violating what's known as the Mann Act.

Diddy has already served 13 months at Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center, which will be credited to his prison stay, so if Trump doesn't commute his sentence, he could be released in less than three years.

Prosecutors were looking for an 11-year sentence , and at the same time, Diddy's lawyers sought to get him released right away, saying that his time at Metropolitan Detention Center forced him to be remorseful and drug-free for the first time in many years.
