INDIANAPOLIS -- An Indianapolis man is in jail after being accused of murdering his uncle inside their home on the city's northeast side.
Police were called to the 4200 block of Ponza Court just before 4 p.m. on Sunday evening. Investigators claim 21-year-old Kavon McClung was lured upstairs by his nephew and died after being shot in the face.
Police believe the suspect had mental health issues that led to that violence. According to court records, Marquez Mance admitted to the murder, but he also made various outlandish claims, including being related to President Trump.
