Curzon Street, St Ann's
Residents on a street just outside Nottingham city centre have been asked to keep their windows shut as the fire service tackles a blaze at a derelict building.
Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service officers were called to reports of a fire in a derelict building on Curzon Street, St Ann's, at 6.46pm today (Tuesday, October 21).
Crews from three fire stations are currently in attendance and were still at the scene at 7.40pm.
A statement released by Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service reads: "We currently have crews from London Road Fire Station, West Bridgford Fire Station and Stockhill Fire Station in attendance at a fire on Curzon Street in St Ann's.
"If you live nearby please keep your windows and doors shut."
