ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ) - You’ve seen the construction for a while now, and starting Wednesday, you can finally eat inside Tacos Los Toros in its new location on Orange Avenue.

They started with just a food truck, and then evolved into the location on Hershberger.

Now, they are taking a big leap to offer a second permanent location.

General Manager Juan Albarez couldn’t be more excited to show a new community what they have to offer, but is fond of one item in particular.

“Everything’s good, you know? One of my favorite dishes is a molcajete. So, we heat up volcanic rock, put some charro beans in it. Steak, chicken, shrimp, some cactus, some rice and some tortillas on the side is just really good,” he said.
