With Sunday’s throttling of the Washington Commanders, the Dallas Cowboys no longer have a losing record. Going into Week 8, they’re 3-3-1 and are headed to Denver for a date with the 5-2 Broncos.

The Dallas defense is still at or near the bottom of the major statistical categories, but its showing last Sunday gives hope to a fan base that began the season with playoff aspirations. Dak Prescott, meanwhile, continues to have an incredible season, and his receiving tandem of CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens is one of the best in the league. Don’t sleep on TE Jay Ferguson either. He’s now the only tight end in NFL history with at least 50 receptions and six receiving touchdowns in the first seven games of a season.
