A man pardoned by President Trump for his Jan. 6 Capitol riot convictions was arrested for threatening to kill House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries.
Christopher Moynihan texted that Jeffries “must be eliminated” and wrote “I will kill him for the future,” according to New York state police.
Moynihan had served 21 months in prison for storming the Capitol before Trump pardoned hundreds of rioters on his first day back in office.
