The utility company said the breaks are in the areas of 6th Place NE between Allison Street and Varnum Place NE; 7th Street NE between Allison Street & Varnum Place NE and Varnum Street NE between 7th Street & 8th Street NE. In addition to about 200 homes affected by the breaks, seven fire hydrants are also impacted.
