PATNA: As the nomination window for the second and final phase of the Bihar assembly elections closed on October 20, Bihar CM Nitish Kumar launched the NDA's poll campaign from Muzaffarpur, but opposition INDIA bloc allies were embroiled in deeper conflicts and contradictions. Turns out, there are at least 11 seats where the INDIA bloc partners are fighting against each other, much to the confusion of voters. In four seats, RJD is likely to battle it out against Congress nominees and against the VIP in three seats.
