Vogler to attend first meeting after burn attack: 'I'm home from the hospital!'

Lee Vogler, the Danville City Council member who made a stunning recovery after he was set on fire on July 30, reported he was back in Danville on Tuesday afternoon and would attend the scheduled council meeting.
