As the Ontario Public Service Employees Union (OPSEU) and College Employer Council announced last Wednesday that a tentative agreement had been reached for full-time support staff at Ontario colleges, a report was being circulated regarding St. Lawrence College’s (SLC) plans to manage its budget.

An efficiency report created for the college in the spring was leaked during the strike and it circulated widely within the SLC community, particularly in Cornwall and Brockville where the college has already cut back on certain services.
