Over the years, the 19-time PGA Tour winner has missed many putts, such as the 5-foot putt on the 18th hole at the 2024 Texas Children’s Houston Open. To overcome this problem, Rory McIlroy once gave him advice to use a mallet putter. After the advice came, the World No. 1 switched from a blade putter to the Spider putter, a mallet type, and the results were amazing.
