At 79, the former president still insists he’s one of the smartest leaders in the world, yet his constant spelling blunders, rambling speeches, and mangled pronunciations keep raising eyebrows about whether the “stable genius” label was ever meant to be taken seriously.

Case in point is a screenshot that appears to show a parody post of him exclaiming, “I’M NOT INCOMPITENT!!!” and leaving some people in a state of total disbelief.
