More than 100 enthusiastic riders came together to celebrate WA Bike Month at the Murray Rides: Skills in Motion event in Dwellingup during the school holidays.

The event, delivered as part of the annual State-wide celebration started by the Department of Transport and Major Infrastructure and supported by RAC, encourages people of all ages and abilities to ride for fun, fitness and a healthier lifestyle.

Shire of Murray president Douglas McLarty said the event was a fantastic showcase of local enthusiasm for cycling and outdoor activity, and reflected on the shire’s commitment to supporting active, inclusive and family friendly initiatives.
