The Clark College men’s soccer team clinched its fifth consecutive postseason berth with a 4-0 road win over Centralia on Saturday.
Pablo Barbosa-Sanchez scored two goals within eight minutes to help Clark take a 3-0 lead in the first half. The sophomore from Heritage High School has started the last five matches, scoring three goals.
Isaiah Bunda and Evan Roscoe also scored for Clark (8-2-3).
With two matches left in the season, the Penguins are in second place in the Northwest Athletic Conference’s West Region. Clark is six points ahead of third-place Tacoma, which has four matches remaining.
This week: Clark hits the road Wednesday to face Highline, which has already clinched the West Region’s No. 1 seed. The Penguins then close out the regular season at home against South Puget So
