SPOKANE, Wash. — The Inland Northwest Associated General Contractors (NWAGC) is hosting Construction Career Days 2025 for high school students in Eastern Washington to get hands-on experience in construction on Oct. 29-30 at the Spokane County Fairgrounds.

NWAGC says it will welcome 2,000 students to the event and show them how to use real heavy equipment and power tools, as well as meet contractors from the Inland Northwest.

“We’re challenging every student, parent, and educator to take a fresh look at construction,” said Cheryl Stewart, NWAGC Executive Director. “This is where students get to experience the trades up close, feel the adrenaline of operating heavy machinery, and realize that construction offers a future they can build with their own two hands.”
