PLEASANT VIEW, Utah (ABC4) — A Peruvian national living in Ogden has been charged with kidnapping after meeting with a 15-year-old and taking her to his house to engage in illegal sexual relations.

Mexwill Damian Damian, 22, was charged with aggravated kidnapping, a first-degree felony, and unlawful sexual activity with a minor, a third-degree felony.

According to court documents, on Aug. 27, 2025, an officer with the Pleasant View Police Department began investigating a report involving unlawful sexual activity with a minor. The father of a 15-year-old girl stated that he found "concerning messages" between his daughter and a 22-year-old man.
