New Delhi [India], October 21 (ANI): External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar on Tuesday congratulated Motegi Toshimitsu on his appointment as Foreign Minister of Japan.

Jaishankar said India looked to advance Special Strategic and Global Partnership with Japan.
