We are learning from new reporting that President Donald Trump could be asking for $230 million in compensation for federal investigations into him from the Department of Justice. Trump was asked about the reporting in the White House, saying, “I was damaged very greatly and any money I would get, I would give to charity.” He added, “I don’t know about the numbers. I don’t even talk to them about it. All I know is that they would owe me a lot of money. But I’m not looking for money. I’d give it to charity or something.”
