ALBEMARLE COUNTY, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- A horse died and a barn was deemed a total loss in the wake of a fire in Gordonsville on Tuesday night.
Units from Albemarle County Fire Rescue responded to reports for a fire in the 6900 block of Louisa Road at around 8:23 p.m. The first fire suppression apparatus arrived 15 minutes later to discover a barn fully engulfed. The fire was contained at about 9:11 p.m.
