The 171 hectare (423 acre) Bulahdelah property in three titles features six tunnel-ventilated broiler sheds with combined growing area of 11,330 square metres and a placement capacity of about 218,669 birds.
The operation is underpinned by a long-term grower agreement with Baiada, which is in place until January 2030.
The balance of the gently undulating property is used to run cattle, with an estimated carrying capacity of 130-140 breeders on the im
